After over 30 years of exceptional success, and having well-established himself in the senior echelons of the corporate world, Kapil chose to walk away from a lucrative corporate career to upgrade himself as a leadership guru. & Since July 2015, has been on a quest for learning/un-learning from business mentors/coaches, and from hundreds of books on business, leadership, spirituality, personal growth, and self-awareness.

Kapil has formerly been a Director of ‘HERE Solutions India’ (then a Nokia company), in the business of building the future of location intelligence technology; and has built new set-ups with strong foundations, in a globally collaborative environment, and led successfully towards scale and agility (with 1000 plus employees, significant outsourcing footprint, and managing annual budgets of multi-million dollars).
Kapil is also the founder and chief mentor for SarvaGnosis Business Solutions, a start-up venture in the learning and development area.
